very good shape inside and out. Decals are still all very good. Two slides and one piece steps. Has outside refrigerator, carrier rack that stores underneath, receiver hitch and wired for boat lights, outside speakers with polar package and gas grill that attaches to back of camper. The awning was replaced recently and tires are on 2nd season and heavy duty. Has dinette and sofa makes into a bed with self contained air mattress and two recliners. Curtains have the day and night feature.. Lots of cabinets and storage, queen size bed with memory foam mattress. No pets, nonsmokers, very clean. Owner needs to sell, call and make a deal.
