2 year old Beagle

Beagle-papered male, fixed, up to date on shots, crate trained, potty trained, good with kids, cats, and other dogs. Does not do well on a leash as hes always had a fenced in yard, so he pulls and gags himself. But i think he could be trained still. We are only rehoming due to a break up and not being able to find a rental with a fenced yard.
