Very clean and comfortable. Pet free and smoke free! Everything works as should, including canopy.

Couch converts to futon and table/benches convert to additional sleeping. Queen mattress like new. Access bathroom from bedroom or from hallway. Nice size shower and outdoor shower.

TV included. Outdoor speakers.

Tires in good shape. Equalizer hitch allows for smooth pulling. We pulled with 1/2 ton vehicle. Weight certified at 6,338 lbs. which does not include LP, water, or dealer installed options.

Lots of nice windows!
