Dont use it as much as I thought I would needs some work in the bathroom fixing the ceiling and needs a door latch for the front a few windows need plexiglass glass to fix the windows frame is on windows everything works fridge,stove,lights havent tried water but Im sure it works camped in it about 15 or so times.
