A deposit will be required up-front and will be applied to final reconciliation. Scale tickets and reconciliation will govern final sale.

Seller will load material onto buyers transport at no cost to Buyer. Buyer is responsible for transportation and securing loads.

Seller reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Only the successful bidder will be notified of award. Payment by Wire Transfer, ACH, Cashiers Check, or Credit Card (a 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments) is due upon receipt of notification of the award. Buyer is to bear cost of all incoming/outgoing bank charges during payment. All sales will be charged sales tax unless payment for material is accompanied by a resale tax exemption certificate. Equipment is to be removed from the property within ten (10) business days of the release of material at the buyer's expense. Seller description of material is based on the best available information, seller provides no express warranties and/or guarantees as to the quantity, quality, and/or fitness for any use or purpose.
