Herdsman for Large-scale Dairy Farm

We are looking for a herdsman to fill a role at our dairy farm located 13 miles south of Mandan, ND. Our numbers keep growing and it is getting too much for our current staff. Must have previous dairy cow experience because you would be responsible for herd health (sick cows, treatments, breeding, organizing, sorting, dairy computer work, maternity area and calf health) and basic over-all flow of the farm. Would also be responsible for employees and basically a shift manager and designate to employees tasks for that day and make sure they are completed. Must be a motivated, organized, self-initiative person that is able to delegate and multi-task. We do many other aspects of farming so when we get pulled away for harvest, field work, etc then this person would make sure the dairy farm is running smoothly. Willing to train some areas and specific to our farm, but needs to have a dairy background and also management skills to manage our team of employees. Pay would depend on experience and also job performance. Bi-lingual would be a plus.
