MORTON COUNTY SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT

Positions are available on the Morton County tree planting crew for the 2025 planting season! This is an excellent opportunity for college students, retirees, or those looking to work 40+ hours Monday through Friday from May to the beginning of July.

Work entails:

- Assembling tree orders

- Maintaining tree stocks and coolers

- Planting trees in Morton County

- Installing weed barrier fabric

- Teamwork on a tree crew

Details/ Requirements:

- Monday - Friday

- 40+ hours (paid 1.5x overtime)

- Wage of $20+ (Depending on Experience)

- Paid drive time

- Seasonal position (6 - 8 weeks)

- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs
