Looking for a motivated individual that possesses common sense and an ability to learn and grow. I am looking for a second in charge at my location, this position can be taylored somewhat for the right person. An ability to work both mechanically and with technology is a plus. Must be able to lead employees in my absence. I will work fairly closely with this person, and I will teach you everything you need to know. This position has a lot of seasons, there isnt many days that are the same as the next. There is dust, heights, and longer hours with the spring and harvest. This is a long term opportunity.
