Everything is in good condition. Its has a sink, big refrigerator, 4 gallon water heater, 3 burner stove and plenty of storage. New mattress last year. I have owned it for a few years. The living area was custom before I bought it. Everything inside the LQ works no problem.

The previous owners made the stud stall a cowboy type bathroom in the horse compartment. Its has toilet and we added the shower. Its all completely easily removable if you dont want it as a bathroom. We will even convert it back to a stud stall if you want.

The dividers and floor are in great condition and the back tack has plenty of room for 4 saddles and tack. It comes with a portable water tack that fits perfectly behind the saddle rack. Weve added a tool box to the hay rack for more storage. Tires are new as of last year. Bearing packed 2 years ago. You dont see many nice trailers for this price.
